Way To Fat Challenge
Hello all you gorgeous girls this is a one week challenge and it will start on October 24th(Monday) and will end
on October 28th(Friday) there are two different plans so pick wisely!
Rules:
- Please be honest with your intake.
- Please tell your friends about this challenge. It's easier with your loves.
- Please join my blog-ring.
- Please subcribe to me.
- Leave me a comment with your CW your GW for after this challenge and than wether you pick plan A or plan B.
- Comment other girl's site that are doing this challenge as well cuz they need support too!
- Deadline to join is Ocotber 25, also please only comment on this entry if you would like join.
Plan A:
Intake can't be more than 500 cals.
Must exercise for atleast half hour.
Must do atleast 550 crunches.
Must post an accurate account of your intake and exercise per day.
Must drink atleast 5 glasses of water a day.
Also you may only weigh yourself on Monday morning than again on Saturday morning.
The challenge is tuff but have faith in yourself and you will do amazing.
Plan B is way more intense.
Plan B:
Intake must be O cals and O cals only.
Must exercise for atleast 45 minutes.
Must do 1000 crunches throughout the day.
Must post an accurate account of your intake and exercise per day.
Must drink atleast 5 glasses of water a day.
Also you may only weigh yourself on Monday morning than again on Saturday morning.
The challenge is tuff but have faith in yourself and you will do amazing. |
